Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect daily, obtain referrals, network, present to families, track activity to stay productive.
• Build relationships with families: respond promptly, listen, understand needs, stay in touch, ensure satisfaction, and educate about pre-planning benefits.
• Teamwork: coordinate with funeral directors and location staff to deliver high-quality service and review past interactions to support current needs.
