Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or equivalent.
1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Current state license to drive with acceptable record; insurance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

Lead generation: prospect 1–2 hours daily and obtain referrals from families served.
Explain and present presentations to families served and referred families; build community relationships.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive and professional manner.
Develops understanding of each family’s needs and offers value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and staff to ensure seamless service.
Prepare for appointments and maintain professionalism and attention to detail.
