SCI is seeking a Family Service Counselor in Groves, TX to serve client families by handling at-need cemetery arrangements and pre-need plans. You will drive lead generation, build lasting relationships with families, and collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a state-licensing where required. Compensation ranges with performance incentives; base plus commission applies.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education/experience required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate leads; dedicate time daily to prospecting and referrals.
• Build relationships with families; respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
