Target Salary: $25.00 - $26.00 hourly

This is a full-time position split between two programs within the Family Services Division: the Family Resource Center (FRC) and the Guided Personal Supports (GPS) program. In this role, you will participate in the delivery of family support services, assist families in the process of identifying and accessing the supports necessary to alleviate stress and promote their health and well-being, and provide in-home and community support for adults with developmental disabilities.
