Job summary

Northeast Arc in Danvers, MA is seeking a Family Resource Specialist to support families and individuals with developmental disabilities, delivering in-home and community services within the Family Services Division.

This full-time role covers the Family Resource Center and Guided Personal Supports (GPS) program; you will help families access supports, reduce stress, and promote well-being with independence and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 1–2 years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred; knowledge of community-based services required.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organization; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; databases knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record.
• Able to attend off-site meetings; light physical activity; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Background checks required; annual trainings completed.
