Ne Arc in Danvers seeks a Residential Supervisor to oversee operations of multiple residential homes for adults living with disabilities. You will supervise Program Directors, ensure adherence to standards, and contribute to the strategic direction of the Residential Division.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree and several years of human service experience. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards and ensuring individuals achieve their personal goals.

The approximate pay range for this role $86,320 - $87,568 annually.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the individual's experience, education, and internal equity.
As a Residential Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple residential homes for adults living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and complex medical needs. The Residential Supervisor will ensure that our services meet the highest standards and ensure that individuals receiving services are progressing towards their goals. You will provide supervision to Program Directors, support program development, and contribute to the strategic direction of our Residential Division.
