360 Communities seeks a Family Resource Center (FRC) Manager in the Scott County area to oversee the FRC network, drive program development, and measure impact. You will supervise Family Support Workers, coordinate with community partners, and ensure services are accessible and effective for diverse families.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience with at least 2 years in supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, human services, nonprofit management, public administration, community development or similar field.
• 4-6 years of related work experience with at least 2 years of supervising and managing.
• Experience collaborating with diverse communities and partners.
• Experience building and sustaining partnerships and cross-sector work.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel and databases.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Family Resource Centers (FRCs).
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs to serve diverse families.
• Lead community outreach and partner engagement to expand services.
• Supervise Family Support Workers; conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, grant compliance, and program reporting to maintain funding.
• Oversee policy development, intake, referrals, and service documentation.
• Coordinate with Scott County Human Services to bridge services to families.
