Job summary

Edmundite Missions is seeking a Program Manager for the Bullock Community & Recreation Center to oversee daily programming and partner with other organizations to meet community needs. The role focuses on health, wellness, and education initiatives while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The Manager will engage residents, manage scheduling, and lead events, sports programs, and external collaborations to enhance community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associates with experience considered.
• Experience in community health, wellness, and education programming.
• Experience in community facility management.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel; data management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programming aligning with Edmundite Missions priorities.
• Manage a missions-sponsored sports program with practices and games.
• Ensure policies are followed by participants and volunteers are trained.
• Coordinate center scheduling and external group use.
• Represent the Center to community groups and gather feedback.
• Develop partnerships and engage the community through surveys.
