Wellpoint Care Network is seeking a Family Preservation Supervisor to oversee the Family Preservation and Caregiver Support team within the Child & Family Well-being division. This role ensures compliant, strength-based service delivery and guides staff in trauma-informed practices while tracking outcomes and timely documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum five years of child welfare experience.
• Master’s in social work or equivalent recommended.
• Three to five years’ experience in child and family welfare; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Family Preservation and Caregiver Support teams.
• Ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
• Guide staff in trauma-informed practice and crisis response.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to track outcomes and improve service delivery.
