Job summary

WestCare Foundation is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to lead a team of case managers serving children and families. You will ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and drive outcomes like reunification and permanency planning.

You will supervise weekly, coach staff, and ensure documentation accuracy in FSFN, while upholding HIPAA, ethics, and confidentiality across all activities.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Case Manager Supervisor within 6 months from hire.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field with managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with multiple years in human services or child welfare, including supervision.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and the ability to obtain WestCare vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to case management team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one supervision sessions with each Case Manager and review cases.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure documentation in FSFN is timely and accurate.
• Lead case conferences, team meetings, and staff training sessions.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork within the unit.
• Coordinate with legal, placement, and behavioral health services to align with best practices.
