Job summary

DCCCA Day Reporting Center seeks an Operations and Systems Specialist to manage data submission, audits, and coordination across FPS programs. This role supports PI/QA, ensures accurate data reporting, and maintains eReach system processes.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of relevant experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple regions and state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of relevant job experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with in-force auto liability insurance; maintain MVR as per policy; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit encounter data and program paperwork.
• Assist PI/QA leadership in documenting services.
• Coordinate data requirements with other regions.
• Coordinate State and eReach requirements.
• Conduct monthly audits of required data.
• Maintain data collection, client tracking and audit prep.
• Enter data into the eReach system.
• Respond to inquiries from DCF as needed.
• Consult with other FPS staff on data matters.
• Prepare and upload FPS/DFC files per requirements.
• Upload court reports per state/county requirements.
• Assist FPS staff with clerical work and eReach uploads.
• Send weekly mileage logs to FPS staff.
• Collect data and complete weekly RMTS report.
