We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Williamsport, PA.

Our providers deliver comprehensive medical care to residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and chronic care management services to residents in long-term care communities.

Each provider receives support from a dedicated Regional Nurse Coordinator who assists with:

• Daily scheduling and care coordination
• Documentation and note management
• Facility communication
• Prescription refills and medication requests
• Forms, orders, and administrative tasks
• Communication with nursing staff, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners

Compensation

• Up to $125,000 annually with Total Compensation Package: $133,000 $150,000+ annually

Qualifications
