Job summary

Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Williamsport, PA. The position can be full-time or part-time, with a total compensation package of $133,000–$150,000+ annually and a base up to $125,000.

Our NP will provide primary and chronic care management in long-term care communities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and chronic care management in long-term care communities.
• See ~20 patient visits per day with thorough assessments.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams with Regional Nurse Coordinator support.
