Total Compensation Package: Approximately $133,000–$150,000+

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP/CRNP) to join our growing practice in Towanda, Pennsylvania.

Our providers deliver comprehensive medical care to residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities. We offer a collaborative, provider-focused practice model built around clinical autonomy, manageable patient volumes, strong support, competitive compensation, and work-life balance. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and chronic care management services to residents in long-term care communities.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
