PrimaryOne Health is seeking a Family Practice Physician for our Circleville health centers in Circleville, OH. We offer a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, dignified care for the community.

Successful candidates will hold an MD or DO, be board certified in a related field, and have an Ohio medical license plus a DEA certificate. Spanish bilingualism is preferred; travel may be required. We provide generous PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Must have a valid State of Ohio license to practice medicine and a DEA certificate.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality care to patients within the scope of the specialty, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment and education.
• Participates in quality improvement and community health initiatives.
• Provides leadership and guidance to mid-level providers, nurses, and staff, and precepts nurse practitioners.
• Maintains compliance with peer review, quality improvement, and all-staff meetings.
• Collaborates with case management, social services, referrals, and other managers.
• May practice Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology; occasional travel.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Family Practice Physician for our Circleville health centers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provides quality care to all patients within the scope of specialty to include consultation, diagnosis, treatment and education in accordance with the guidelines and principles of practice.
• Participates in quality improvement, prevention activities in the community and health disparity reduction projects.
• Provides leadership, guidance and direction to mid-level providers, nurses, MAs and staff. Precepts and has standard care agreements with PrimaryOne Health nurse practitioners.
• Maintains compliance with peer review and QI program and attends all relevant PrimaryOne Health meetings. Medical, P&T and PrimaryOne Health All Staff Meetings.
• Collaborates with those responsible for case management, social services, referrals, community prevention and other PrimaryOne Health managers.
• May practice Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Occasional travel required.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Successful candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree; must be board certified in appropriate specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Obstetrics and Gynecology). Must have a valid State of Ohio license to practice medicine and DEA certificate. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
