We are assisting an innovative health care organization in the recruitment of providers for new clinic sites. They are currently looking for a Geriatric Physician.

The new physician should be interested in working in a forward-thinking, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Practice Opportunity

• The health system currently has 39 sites.
• Care teams include physicians and health coaches who treat a medically complex patient population.
• New physicians can expect to see 12-15 patients per day, Monday through Friday, utilizing an internally designed EMR.
