Job summary

Turnberry seeks a Senior Family Office Accountant to support accounting, financial reporting, trusts, partnerships, and private investment entities across family-owned structures. This hands-on role reports to the Equity Controller and requires maintaining confidential ledgers, schedules, and ownership records for accurate management reporting, tax planning, and estate planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with trusts, estates, or fiduciary accounting preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers, ownership records, capital accounts, intercompany activity, and related schedules.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting support and management analyses.
• Assist with quarter-end/year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with tax, legal, and advisory teams for estate planning and audit support.
• Ensure confidential, organized, and properly supported financial records.
