Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as a clinical leader in multiple Indiana locations. You will evaluate patients, collaborate with the care team, and deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana and/or Illinois.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across all ages with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests including labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, radiologic technologists, and clinicians.
• Support clinic goals for patient flow, quality metrics, and safety.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to clinic staff.
