Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic in Hobart, IN is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as a clinical leader within the team, delivering evidence-based care and outstanding patient experiences.

You will collaborate with Medical Assistants and physicians, balance clinical expertise with communication and hospitality, and provide care across the lifespan. The compensation ranges from $125,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, with benefits and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois and/or Indiana.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across ages.
• Develop treatment plans using evidence-based medicine.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests.
• Perform procedures such as laceration repair, I&D, splinting, injections.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
