A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care and urgent care in Bluffton, South Carolina. This on-site contract role offers competitive pay and opportunities for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• NP license in the state of employment (active).
• FNP board certification.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMR).

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care.
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment).
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team and support consistent care delivery across assigned coverage locations.

Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) | Summary and Highlights

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment.

Location: Bluffton, South Carolina 29910 - 100% on-site / patient-facing

Payrate: $74.87/hr

Required Availability: Monday-Friday availability between 8:30 AM-7:30 PM | Saturday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM | Sunday 9:00 AM-4:30 PM

Weekend/holiday rotation (typically 3 out of every 6 weekends, plus possible holidays)

On-call rotation may be required

Occasional travel/float coverage may be needed

Weekly hours may vary between full-time/part-time

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Licensure/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (in good standing)
• National Board Certification (FNP program)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Experience: 1+ year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR)
