A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) for on-site roles in West Springfield, MA. The position supports retail/clinic patient visits, diagnostics, and follow-ups, with opportunities for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Role involves 8:30 AM–7:30 PM weekdays and weekend rotations; on-call and travel may be required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) plan for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment.
• FNP board certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care.
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection).
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team to ensure consistent care delivery across locations.
