Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care and urgent care in Worcester, MA. This on-site role offers a pay rate of $74.87/hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend/holiday rotations.

The contract assignment includes potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, along with coordinating tests and supporting clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of employment.
• National Board Certification in FNP program.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care.
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment).
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team and support consistent care delivery across assigned coverage locations.
