A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care / Urgent Care in Massachusetts. The position is on-site with a payrate of $74.87/hr and requires coordination of care in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Licensure/Certifications: Active NP license in the state of employment (in good standing).
• National Board Certification (FNP program).
• BLS or similar certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning.
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes.
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care.
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment).
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team and support consistent care delivery across assigned coverage locations.
