Qualifications

• Active FNP license in Indiana.

• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses and injuries.
