Dragonfly Primary Care in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our private practice. You will provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with physicians in a patient-centered team.

Qualifications: MSN, Indiana NP license, FNP certification, 3+ years NP experience; strong communication and EHR skills. This is an in-person, on-site role in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Indiana NP license and FNP board certification.
• Minimum 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
• Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate EHR records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
