Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Location: Fishers Indiana 46037
Pay Rate: $75.00 per hour
Shift: Shift/days vary- M-F clinic 8a-7p, Sat 9-430p, Sun 9a-530p / Training 40hrs x3 weeks
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday clinic hours: 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. Saturday clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break. Sunday clinic hours: 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break.

Position Overview Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based primary and family care in a retail clinic setting. You'll work with a dedicated clinical care team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of patient needs while supporting strong patient outcomes.
