Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will deliver comprehensive primary care and build lasting patient relationships.

The NP will manage 12-16 patients per day, providing preventive, chronic disease, and acute care services as part of a collaborative care team to improve patient health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited NP program.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in Indiana.
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Primary care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
