A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care for a 3-4 day workweek with coverage every other weekend in Panama City Beach, FL. Business hours are Monday–Friday with weekend rotation; EPIC is used for documentation.

The compensation is $75.00–$78.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees and a 401(k) match. Responsibilities include comprehensive primary care, prescribing, vaccines, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• FNP license active and in good standing.
• At least 1 year of primary/urgent care, ER, internal or family medicine or hospital experience.
• Must be able to cover every other weekend.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care including vaccines, screenings, and physicals.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations and refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Educate patients on disease management and health strategies.
• Document encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure continuity of care.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals
