A-Line Staffing Solutions is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients 18 months and older in a primary care setting.

This role requires prescribing medications, ordering diagnostics, managing chronic diseases, delivering preventive care, and documenting encounters in EPIC. Schedule is 3–4 days per week with alternating weekends; compensation is $78 per hour plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have an FNP license and 1+ year experience in primary care or urgent care.
• Ability to cover every other weekend as required.
• Experience delivering vaccinations and preventive services.

Responsabilités

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Compensation

The pay for this position is $78.00 an hour

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Conduct women's health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals
