Qualifications

• FNP license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests.
• Manage common conditions and deliver preventive care.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations and refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases and educate patients on disease management.
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR ensuring quality compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams for continuity of care.

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care. This will be full time.

Hours

Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Hours 3-4 days a week, includes working every other weekend Monday - Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9AM - 5:30PM, Sunday 9AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations
• Conduct women's health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals
