Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant 3‑Day Workweek + Student Loan Assistance

About the Role

We are committed to serving our communities with quality healthcare. Carolina QuickCare is seeking a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant for our Clinton clinic. You will work three day shifts per week, providing 30‑minute door‑to‑door care in a supportive, family‑friendly environment.

Daily Responsibilities

• Treat 3–4 patients per hour across all ages
• Order and interpret on‑site X‑rays and rapid labs (flu, strep, UA, COVID)
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision, and drainage
• Perform employment and DOT physicals once credentialed

Minimum Requirements

• Active NC FNP or PA‑C license (or eligibility)
• Preferred: 1 year urgent‑care, emergency‑medicine, or primary‑care experience
• FMCSA DOT Medical Examiner certification or willingness to obtain within six weeks (training and exam fees covered)
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications (renewals supported)

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly rate: $60 – $70, based on experience and location
• Schedule: Three 12‑hour day shifts, rotating weekends & holidays
• No nights or call
• Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM; Sunday, 9 AM – 6 PM
• Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
