Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals for both modalities.
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality and professionalism.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
  • Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and guide patient care.
  • Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and address concerns, aligning with company values.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patient data to develop diagnoses.
  • Deliver patient-centered care with attention to safety, cost, and accuracy.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments in both clinical and virtual settings.
  • Manage telehealth patient queues and follow-up appropriately.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
  • Follow clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Adhere to NP/PA protocols and company compliance standards.
  • Promote a respectful and confidential work environment.
  • Consult with patients through virtual channels.
  • Proven experience in telehealth preferred.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • Responsible for on-call duties periodically.
  • Level 1: New grads with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Level 2: 1-5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: 5-10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.
Education:

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

Experience:

At least 1-2 years in relevant practice areas such as Urgent Care, ER, Trauma, or Family Medicine is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Active and verifiable License and DEA.
  • DOT certification required within 120 days of employment.
