Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, guiding behaviors and actions of team members such as X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain credibility with staff.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Order, perform, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, infection management, and wound care.
  • Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic data to develop diagnoses.
  • Adhere to company core values and standards of operation.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and staff, fostering a friendly work environment.
  • Consult with patients via virtual communication channels.
  • Proven experience as a Telehealth Clinician.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant practice experience, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, ER, Trauma, or Family Practice, is preferred.

Education: Master's Degree in Nursing
