Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner in Berkeley, CA. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office procedures, and conduct telehealth visits as part of a collaborative care team.

The role requires CA licensure, an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and ideally experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
Licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care OR 1 year with 1 year fellowship/urgent care.

Responsibilities

Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
Continual learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
