Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner, Health Center Manager, to deliver care for Dot Foods employees in our Mt. Sterling, IL center. The role centers on leading a 10+ person health team, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth daily operations.

The position emphasizes 80% leadership of operations and a Monday–Friday schedule with no regular weekends. Competitive benefits accompany a strong focus on provider development and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current license as an NP in practicing state.
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.
• Current hands on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field.
• 2 – 3 years’ management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff).
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis.
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner, Health Center Manager, you'll provide care to client Dot Foods employees and their dependents, powered by Premise Health, in our Health Center located in Mt. Sterling, IL.

The scheduled hours are Monday - Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Thursday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Leadership-Focused Role! Spend approximately 80% of your time leading daily operations, and strengthening a valued DOT client partnership.
