Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 100% outpatient practice on Long Island. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package and flexible full-time or part-time options with Monday–Friday hours and no on-call requirements.

Ideal candidates will have BSN/MSN, NY RN & NP licenses, BLS, Board Certification, and 8+ years of NP experience. Expect collaborative care across a physician-led team and opportunities to lead in population health and quality

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• 8+ years experience as a NP.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and support ongoing quality improvement projects.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
