Job summary

The Little Clinic in Indiana is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality medical care within a retail clinic setting. You will build relationships with patients, host store staff, and the local health care community to support practice growth and continuity of care.

Candidates must hold an active FNP or PA-C license, have 1 year of healthcare experience, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-Cs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Active license and board certification (AANP/ANCC) and state credentials

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Maintain safety and quality-based healthcare environment
• Ensure clinic operates during scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management on community events to promote TLC
• Respond to customer experience surveys and address issues as directed
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies cost-effectively
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems
• Mentor and educate staff
• Maintain clinical knowledge through ongoing education
• Provide coverage for clinics in the region as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Engage with local nursing organizations and community outreach
• Present neat appearance in line with dress code
• Participate in other duties as assigned
