Job summary

The Little Clinic in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to deliver high-quality medical care in our retail clinics, while maintaining key productivity metrics and patient satisfaction.

You will work with clinic staff and regional leadership to promote care continuity, ensure HIPAA compliance, participate in ongoing education, and provide coverage across clinics in the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) or physician assistant (PA-C).
• Active state license and credentials to practice in the relevant state.
• Experience in healthcare and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain safety and quality-based healthcare environment.
• Ensure clinic remains open for scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and community involvement.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all information systems.
• Cover clinics regionally as needed.
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.
