Qualifications

• MSN-FNP or PA-C with state licensure and board certification.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active licensure and board certification; state credentials.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Ensure safety and quality-based healthcare environment.
• Keep the clinic open for all scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with regional management on community events to promote TLC.
• Respond to customer experience surveys and address issues.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain cost efficiency.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.
• Utilize HIPAA-compliant information systems and policies.
• Support mentor program as a resource and role model.
• Keep clinical knowledge current via ongoing education in retail and family practice.
• Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed.
• Control costs to meet profitability goals.
• Engage with local nursing organizations and community outreach.
• Present a neat image; comply with dress code.
• Participate in other duties as assigned; travel to designated clinics if float.
