Job summary

QuadMed in Advance, NC is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will provide care to employees and dependents in a collaborative setting with a focus on preventative medicine.

The role supports work-life balance with a flexible schedule (2x12s or 3x12s) and uses Epic EMR to document care. Eligible for a base salary plus bonus and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) – Epic
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location

Responsibilities

• Provide quality outpatient care to employees and their dependents
• Collaborate with a team-oriented staff to deliver preventative medicine
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements
