Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hampton, VA team serving Hampton City Schools employees and families.

The position focuses on outpatient preventive care in a quality-of-care driven practice with an emphasis on pediatric patients. Epic EMR experience is preferred, and bilingual Spanish is highly valued. Eligible candidates have NP/PA masters and active licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in NP or PA from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted licensure and current National Board Certification.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• 3+ years of experience in primary care strongly preferred.
• NPI & DEA numbers.
• Background in working with pediatric patients.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
