Job summary

QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Ashley Furniture team in Advance, NC. You will work onsite with a collaborative staff to deliver primary care to employees and their dependents, supported by the Epic EMR system.

The role requires a master's degree in an NP or PA program, at least 3 years in primary care, and active licensure. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Minimum 3 years of primary care practice experience.
• Active and unrestricted NP/PA licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI and DEA required for practice.
• DOT Medical Examiner Certification may be required depending on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality primary care to employees and dependents.
• Work with an EMR system (Epic) to document care.
• Onsite outpatient care in Advance, NC with a team-focused approach.

This position is located onsite in Advance, NC.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
