Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic in the Southeast Suburbs, Illinois, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care in our fast-paced urgent/primary care setting. You will collaborate with Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, and physicians to deliver evidence-based care and an exceptional patient experience.

Preferred candidates hold an NP license in IL/IN, have lifespan care ability, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois and/or Indiana.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across ages in urgent/primary care.
• Provide evidence-based care and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, physicians.
• Support patient flow, safety, and quality metrics.
