AltaMed in California is seeking a Residency Program Manager to oversee administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of the residency training within the Family Medicine specialty. The RPM collaborates with leadership to plan curriculum, coordinate meetings, and align resources to meet program milestones.

This role requires extensive program management experience, the ability to work with physicians and residents, monitor progress against ACGME milestones, manage budgets, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college is required.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Education, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in an educational, health, or social services setting.
• Experience working with physicians and/or medical residents in CME or GME preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage all administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of residency training.
• Support implementation of Family Medicine specialty schedule, curriculum, meetings, and conferences.
• Track ACGME milestones, monitor performance, and report program outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and program management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with budget adherence.
