Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a seasoned Residency Program Manager to lead the administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of our Family Medicine residency training.

You will coordinate curriculum, meetings, and compliance with ACGME milestones, working with leadership to align resources and timelines. In this role, you will supervise staff, monitor performance, manage budgets, and liaise with AHWM, CHLA, and external partners to ensure smooth program operations and quality patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college is required.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Education, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in an educational, health, or social services setting.
• Experience with physicians and/or medical residents in continuing medical education or graduate medical education is preferred.
• Experience developing and managing complex programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
