AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Manager to oversee administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of the residency. You will coordinate curriculum, conferences, and assessments, while aligning resources and budgets with program goals.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, 5 years in management, and experience with medical education. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; collaboration with AHWM and CHLA is essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's Degree from an accredited college is required.
• Master's degree from an accredited university program in Public Health, Education, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, or other related fields required.
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is required in an educational, health, or social services setting.
• Experience working with physicians and/or medical residents in continuing medical education or graduate medical education is preferred.
• Experience developing and managing complex programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative, educational, and clinical aspects of residency training.
• Support implementation of a comprehensive Family Medicine specialty schedule, educational curriculum, meetings, conferences, reports, didactic sessions, simulations, and recorded lectures.
• Assist with budget adherence and ensure compliance with regulations applicable to the Residency Program.
• Track and report on ACGME milestones and supervise staff who support residency projects.
• Coordinate collaboration with AHWM and CHLA and facilitate cross-functional teams.
