Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Prior administrative, customer service, office support, program coordination, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete and accurate program information updates to the residency recruitment brochure and resident handbook.
• Verifies minimum requirements/criteria for candidate interview consideration; preliminary review of candidate files to establish level of qualification.
• Organizes selected candidate interview sessions, including the recruitment and assignment of faculty members.
• Conducts interview evaluation program to assist in the final ranking of program applicants.
• Submits an accurate final ranking list for the National Residency Matching Program.
• Helps coordinate orientation for new residency appointees.
• Generates CHN residency contracts
• Monitors ongoing program expenditures, compiles routine financial sheets, and flags variances to streamline the budget management process for leadership.
