The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, relevant experience in residency operations, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education Administration or Business/Management. The role offers significant benefits and the chance to shape future physicians.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in residency operations or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ACGME and other governing bodies.
• Direct experience in staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and administration of the residency program.

• Coordinate committees and meetings.
