Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active PA Certification by NCCPA and Connecticut State PA License; ACLS/BLS when indicated; DEA license when indicated for pediatric position profile; PALS and NRP as applicable.
• Evidence of current competence to practice via reference letters from physicians/ practitioners during Medical Staff appointment.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management in inpatient, ambulatory, or outpatient settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and resources; provide psychosocial support.
• Ensure proper documentation in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional development and act as a resource for staff; participate in research, QA, and protocol development.
