Yale New Haven Health seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams across inpatient, ambulatory, or outpatient settings. You will deliver direct diagnostic and therapeutic patient care within scope of practice, guided by hospital policies and clinical pathways.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, detailed documentation, and ongoing professional development within Yale New Haven Health system.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• APRNs, PAs, CRNAs and CNMs are required to be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff of a YNHHS Hospital and credentialed through the Medical Staff process.
• Active PA Certification by the NCCPA, Connecticut State PA License, ACLS/BLS when indicated, DEA license when indicated for pediatric positions, PALS/NRP when indicated for neonatal care.

• Clinical Care: provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families, collaborating on discharge plans and resource guidance.
• Ensure documentation complies with hospital and regulatory requirements.
